GRAPES: SANGIOVESE, CAB SAUVIGNON & CAB FRANC

The blend is mostly Sangiovese with small additions of Cabernets, which showcases the fruity fragrance and territorial style beautifully. Aromas are enticing and the juicy, fresh & fruity taste is perfect for all pasta dishes, charcuterie and roasted & grilled meats. Pairs well with Pecorino cheeses both mild and stronger as well as the richer softer cheeses too.
