Inspect Your Delivery
Upon arrival, please immediately inspect your package and ensure all perishable items are refrigerated or stored according to the included instructions.
Document the Issue
If you notice damage, spoilage, or incorrect items, take clear photographs of the product and the shipping label within 24 hours of delivery.
Contact Our Fromagers
Email our customer care team with your order number and the photos of the issue to initiate a claim for a replacement or store credit.
Resolution Process
Our team will review your request within 48 hours; as food items cannot be returned to our warehouse, we will issue a refund or dispatch a fresh replacement immediately upon approval.
