The rich Montbeliarde and Brune d'Alpes herd of 70 are pasture grazed with the addition of fresh hay in the lean colder months. The cheeses are washed in Marc de Bourgogne for 29 days to give a ‘juicy’ finish on the rind. Rich, mellow & utterly delicious. Something to savour.
Pairs well with Chablis Vieilles Vignes and Pinot Noir Cuvee du Fou.
